Find the record
Search past Gmail threads, governing documents, rules, meeting material, and other board files with source citations.
Private personal-use application
Mason is a private AI assistant for the condominium board at 537–545 W. Roscoe. It helps authorized board members find records, track open work, and prepare informed responses for human review.
What Mason does
Search past Gmail threads, governing documents, rules, meeting material, and other board files with source citations.
Maintain an evidence-backed project ledger for open commitments, management-company follow-ups, owners, dates, and next actions.
Prepare proposed owner responses in Telegram, clearly labeled for board review. Separately authorized delivery uses Sender, not Gmail, and is limited to approved recipients. The board remains responsible for communications.
Google account access
Mason requests read-only access to the board’s Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. The board authorizes access through Google and can revoke it at any time.
Separate Google authorization
Board Invoice Archive uses a dedicated Board Invoice Uploader to save original Buildium invoice attachments in the board-selected Invoices folder in Google Drive. Year folders and date-prefixed filenames make records easy for the board to browse; Mason can cite the same originals.
The uploader requests only Google’s drive.file scope for
files selected for or created by this app. The operator must select the
exact archive folder through Google Picker. This does not expand Mason’s
existing Google authorization.
Uploader software permits archive folder/file creation and verification of managed records, not sharing changes, deletion, arbitrary moves, or overwriting invoice originals. These are application restrictions, not a create-only guarantee from the OAuth scope. The board controls sharing.
The uploader receives no Buildium login or browser session, and Mason receives neither the uploader’s credential nor Buildium credentials. See the Privacy Policy for storage and retention.
Not a public service
Mason is not offered to the public. Access is granted individually by the system operator, conversations are separated by board member, and all output should be reviewed before the board relies on it.
Read the Privacy Policy for details about Google data, AI processing, local storage, retention, and revocation.
